Job Title: Venture Capital Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our venture capital team. This role offers hands-on experience in early-stage investing, startup evaluation, portfolio company management, and ecosystem engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Evaluation: Conduct market size analysis, evaluate products/services, assess teams, business models, and financials, identify risk factors, and analyze competitive landscapes and funding histories.
  • Due Diligence: Support the investment team in commercial due diligence, financial due diligence, and legal due diligence.
  • Deal Sourcing: Assist in sourcing opportunities from founder networks, investment bankers, and the startup ecosystem.
  • Portfolio Support: Engage with portfolio companies and assist in preparation of updates on the companies.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Attend startup events, demo days, and network with founders, accelerators, and fellow investors.
  • Internal Reports & Documentation: Assist in preparing compliance documentation and internal records.
  • Investor Relations: Assist in making presentations for Limited Partners (LPs) as well as investor updates.
Requirements:
  • NISM Series XIX-D exam is mandatory.
  • Passion for startups, venture capital, and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends and business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
