  • Investment Research: Conduct thorough research to identify potential investment opportunities and provide preliminary outreach support.
  • Due Diligence Assistance: Support the investment team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals.
  • Investment Process Support: Prepare high-quality investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation to inform investment decisions.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics, as well as conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Coordinate with stakeholders to build relationships and databases of relevant ecosystem players.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields from a premier institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills specific to early-stage investments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Passion for climate innovation and sustainability.
