Role Overview

Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their financial goals? Join our Wealth Management Division as a 
Financial Planning & Investment Specialist
. As a trusted professional, you'll guide resident Indians and NRIs through every stage of the financial planning process, from strategy development to implementation across diverse investment avenues. This role involves regular client interaction, preparing customized and complex planning reports, and working with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage closely with clients to understand and address their unique financial needs and aspirations.
  • Draft comprehensive, tailored financial plans including tax, estate, risk, and retirement strategies.
  • Implement financial plans utilizing equities, mutual funds, fixed income, and alternative investments.
  • Advise both NRI and resident Indian clients, managing regulatory and cross-border planning.
  • Prepare detailed, sophisticated financial planning reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with teams in research, operations, compliance, and support for seamless client service.
  • Flexible work schedule to suit client communication needs.


Requirements

  • Freshers and candidates with 2–3 years' experience in financial planning, wealth management, or investment roles.
  • CFA, CWM, CFP, MBA (completed or currently pursuing) will be preferred.
  • Mandatory:
     NISM-Series-X-A (Investment Adviser Level 1) & NISM-Series-X-B (Investment Adviser Level 2) certifications.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to coordinate within cross-functional teams and adapt to different client communication timings.
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for drafting detailed planning strategies and reports.
