Capital Markets & Investment Banking Advisory Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory, with a minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, and Bonds, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and implement equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring to drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to inform decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay up-to-date on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to remain competitive.
  • Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations, and transaction reports to support deal execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

·       CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.

·       Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

·       Established network with market participants, including investors and intermediaries, is highly valued.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
