ESG Assistant Manager

The successful ESG Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing ESG reporting strategies to meet global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG reporting strategies to meet global standards.
  • Conduct materiality analysis and review reports to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate climate-related risks and opportunities in accordance with TCFD recommendations.
  • Develop and implement climate action plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier ESG performance.
  • Review and implement Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Management System (ESMS).

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability domain.
  • Knowledge of GRI Standards, DJSI, MSCI, TCFD, SASB, and CDP.
  • Proficient in GHG emission accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams globally.

Education:

Post-graduate degree in Environment Science, Environment Management, or Sustainability related field.
