ESG Reporting Specialist

Job Overview

Our organization seeks a detail-oriented ESG Reporting Specialist to support the development of our ESG and sustainability reporting product.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to research frameworks, assist with reporting requirements, and contribute to building solutions for BRSR, GHG Accounting, GRI, CDP, and EHS compliance.

This role is suitable for individuals with a strong interest in sustainability, corporate reporting, and ESG technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on various ESG standards, frameworks, and guidelines.
  • Support mapping of ESG standards including BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.
  • Assist in tracking regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting.
  • Work with teams to structure ESG data collection and reporting templates.
  • Support development of GHG emission (Scope 1, 2, 3) accounting workflows.
  • Prepare benchmarking studies and gap assessments.
  • Provide feedback on ESG reporting product features from a user perspective.
  • Collaborate with product team to test and validate ESG data workflows.
  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and insights on ESG frameworks.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Master's/bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace; exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance.
