As an Engagement Manager, you will support senior account leadership in the growth of service sales to clients. Working under guidance of an Engagement Director, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of client accounts, interacting with stakeholders, finding opportunities, and reporting commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key client relationships across regions.
  • Discover unmet needs or potential gaps that could represent new business opportunities.
  • Create sales materials and tailored client presentations to support upsell or renewal opportunities.
  • Lead documents for RFI and RFP responses, including slide decks, rate cards, and solution overviews.
  • Lead QBR preparation and presentation, other governance activities.
  • Track win/loss data and sales KPIs across portfolio to support continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research on client organization changes (e.g., new leaders, priorities, M&A activity) that could signal opportunities.
  • Collaborate with service line leaders on how to align internal solutions to unmet client needs.
  • Respond to routine client queries and escalate issues where needed.
  • Contribute to preparation of business reviews, presentations, reports.
  • Track account metrics including SLA performance, client satisfaction, operational KPIs.

You will need strong organizational abilities, analytical mindset, decision making, proficient Microsoft Office skills. Team-oriented, detail-oriented, adaptable, comfortable working in fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years in account coordination, client services, project management, operations roles.
  • Experience working in professional services, learning, talent development sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to support client relationships, manage operational details.
  • Exposure to multi-stakeholder environments, experience handling multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting reporting, governance, performance tracking processes.
