
Customer Communications Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a proven track record in customer communications management solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and support of solutions using OpenText Exstream 16.x.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop document templates, layouts, and dynamic content using OpenText Exstream 16.x Design and Web Component tools.
- Perform upgrades and version enhancements, including hands-on experience with component upgrades such as Tomcat and OTDS.
- Utilize knowledge of Exstream 16.x components to ensure effective XML data manipulation and transformation.
- Install, configure, and maintain Exstream software in various environments.
- Debug and resolve complex issues related to print, email, dynamic content, and responsive design in production environments.
- Minimum 5-8 years of total experience in a technology role.
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in OpenText Exstream development and support.
- Strong proficiency in OpenText Exstream 16.x Design and Web Component tools.
- Hands-on expertise in Exstream upgrades and version enhancements.
- In-depth knowledge of Exstream 16.x components and functionalities.
- Strong debugging skills for print, email, dynamic content, and responsive design challenges.
- Proficiency in XML data manipulation and transformation.
- Experience with Exstream software installations and configurations.
