Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to play a crucial role in creating visually captivating designs and implementing innovative ideas across various digital and print mediums.
- Create design strategies that translate client needs and branding objectives into effective visual communications, selecting appropriate colors, fonts, photographs, layouts, logos, and other design elements.
- Design branding materials such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collateral.
- Familiar with the latest design trends and advocate the same to team members and customers.
- Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convince them to make the right design choices.
- Maintain open communication with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas.
- Mentor junior team members on best design practices.
- Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple creative projects efficiently.
