Visual Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communication Specialist to create visually appealing designs that meet our brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Study design briefs and determine project requirements.
  • Develop conceptual ideas based on project specifications.
  • Prepare and present initial designs for feedback and approval.
  • Use the appropriate colors, layouts, and typography for each visual communication piece.
  • Collaborate with the creative lead and marketing team to produce final designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create enticing visuals for various mediums (Flyers, Posters, Slides, Presentations etc.)
  • Assist in selecting color palettes, animation, and other design elements.
  • Work with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices for naming convention and organization of visual files.
  • Research and analyze the latest design techniques and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Continuous learning and professional development
