Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and expand customer base.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets and meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular performance updates and suggest improvements to enhance sales processes and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving excellence.
  • Proficient in sales tools, software, and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and platforms.
