Operations Support Specialist - Trade Credit

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Support professional to join our Trade Credit team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Trade Credit industry, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients by providing timely and accurate operational data.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Trade Credit operations supporting clients.
  • Strong background in insurance operations related to Trade Credit.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.
