Job Description

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Post-Enrolment Operations Coordinator to support students after enrolment. The ideal candidate ensures a smooth academic journey by managing administrative processes, providing timely assistance, and maintaining accurate student data.

The Post-Enrolment Operations Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for newly enrolled students, guiding them through campus resources, policies, and expectations.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for newly enrolled students, ensuring they receive necessary information and support.
  • Maintain and update student records in the Student Information System (SIS), including enrolment status, grades, and personal information.
  • Handle semester-wise student fee collection and issue receipts according to institutional guidelines.
  • Provide email, phone, and chat support to students within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate important information such as future payment deadlines, policy updates, and key events through various channels.
