Student Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to play a key role in empowering students to achieve their academic goals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.

  • Prior experience in counseling students is essential. Preferably from the study abroad sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must - written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • Maintain accurate records at all times.
  • Give presentations on behalf of the organization in webinars/seminars and virtual counseling via video conferencing tools.
  • Provide students with accurate and clear information as well as answer all inquiries from students.

The successful candidate will have a passion for helping students and giving them impartial and honest advice on studying abroad.
