This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and empathetic Psychologist to work with us and provide mental health support to students. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality counseling services and creating a safe and supportive environment for students to thrive.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert mental health support to students through individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective mental health strategies and programs.
  • Work closely with students to understand their needs and concerns, and provide personalized guidance and support.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
">Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology is required.
  • Minimum 1-8 years of experience in working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with students in an empathetic and approachable manner.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
