Technical Project Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our team in delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and deployment teams.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customers.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a product delivery environment.
  • Strong outcome-oriented attitude and ability to drive multiple teams.
  • Prior experience of leading at least one project in digital channels space (online or mobile banking) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with banking projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with technology, but not a technical expert.
  • Managed team size of 8-15 associates.
  • Strong communication skills.
