Job Title

A key professional role responsible for overseeing the development, launch and ongoing management of infection control products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to raise awareness and drive demand for our infection control solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute product launches, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and distributors, to provide technical support and training on product features and benefits.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop targeted sales strategies, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and provide cost support during commercial negotiations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data, taking corrective actions as needed to address areas of concern in consultation with senior leadership.
  • Ensure all marketing and product communications comply with relevant healthcare regulations, industry guidelines, and quality certifications.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
