Job Title:

Senior Integrated Producer

As a Senior Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for managing shoot production and post-production in a creative agency. This role involves overseeing the entire process, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the production and post-production workflow are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and production partners to define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules.
  • Coordinate development and delivery among various project participants, including directing and communicating with crew, talent, and vendors.
  • Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively problem-solve to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms, driving efficiency and creative excellence.
  • Strong understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology, with ability to leverage these in advertising and digital marketing.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with willingness to refine key skills for running a business and sharing expertise with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to persuade and reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
