Join Our Team as a Growth & Outreach Professional

We're on a mission to disrupt the fitness industry with innovative products and engaging experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to showcase our brand.

  • Fitness Outreach: Identify gyms, trainers, nutritionists, and fitness communities in your region who could be early partners or customers. Develop relationships with key stakeholders and propose strategic partnerships that drive growth.

To achieve this goal, you will:

  • Develop relationships with fitness influencers, lifestyle creators, and micro-influencers for collaborations. Identify opportunities to showcase our products and build brand awareness through social media and events.
  • Spot events where The Black Sheep can showcase its products. Research and identify relevant fitness expos, marathons, corporate wellness events, and university fests that align with our brand values.
  • Gather email leads of prospective clients and customers for product sampling and delivery. Develop a lead nurturing strategy to build trust and drive conversions.
