Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through science-backed training and coaching.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored training programs for clients. This includes assessing client fitness levels, progress, and adjusting training plans accordingly. You'll also be required to motivate and educate clients, ensuring they stay on track with their health and fitness objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized training plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments of client fitness levels and progress, making adjustments to training plans as needed.
  • Motivate and educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into your training approaches.
  • Collaborate with the team to create holistic wellness solutions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide detailed reports.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients during sessions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized institution.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome - we're looking for individuals who share our passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Immediate start preferred, but not essential.
