As a Pilates Professional, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe group fitness classes to clients of varying abilities.

About the Role
  • You will ensure all participants are screened for safety and suitability prior to class commencement.
  • Promote the numerous benefits of Pilates, including improved flexibility, balance and core strength.
  • Teach classes ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes in duration.
  • Deliver tailored one-to-one sessions or small group classes, focusing on individual attention and programme design.
  • Create a welcoming environment, fostering a sense of comfort and ease among clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments and report any potential hazards within the exercise area.
  • Engage class participants, encouraging client retention and understanding their goals and objectives.
  • Teach classes catering to mixed ability groups, adapting and progressing exercises as necessary.
  • Offer variety in class content, incorporating different Pilates methods and equipment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality instruction, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
