Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Senior Manager.

  • This individual will have an MBA and 10+ years of experience in presales & solution consulting, preferably from IT products (supply chain solutions).
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to drive complex / large / strategic opportunities with a hands-on approach.
  • The role requires providing consultative support during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and ROI.
  • The Senior Manager will also provide guidance and support to clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to drive the most value from the proposed solutions.
  • In addition, the role involves driving the pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives, working closely with the Global Head – Presales & Solution Consulting.
  • The Senior Manager will also lead initiatives to continuously improve the Presales Centre of Excellence by bringing in best practices.
  • They will stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.
  • The role requires acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
  • The Senior Manager will also identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on the proposed solution.
  • Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams which could help in refining the product and content roadmap.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing / farming / retention strategy.
  • Lead the creation of industry specific solution pitches to bring in more contextualization in the value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to create fit-for-purpose solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
  • Lead complex / large / strategic opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, etc. to showcase the value proposition.
  • Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and RoI.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to drive the most value from the proposed solutions.
