Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, preferably from the workspace fit-out industry.

They should have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Candidate should be willing to travel for projects as required.
  • Perform thorough technical due diligence on commercial projects.
  • Review all drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the project and take ownership of the same.
  • Develop and implement project plans, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation measures.
  • Ensure high-quality installation at each stage of construction, adhering to specified makes and models.
  • Coordinate with consultants, Architects, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply logical thinking to identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 02-04 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry, with a strong working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
