Project Execution Manager

As a key member of our International Business Division Team, you will work closely with Senior Account Directors to serve as a liaison between clients.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled project execution manager to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality results.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of client research problems and develop localized research instruments to support project objectives.
  • Conduct In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies, and other data collection methods to gather valuable insights.
  • Micro-level monitoring project of data collection and ensure quality controls are in place.
  • Identify issues and provide timely, actionable solutions to data collection teams.
  • Perform qualitative data analysis and reporting insights to clients.

Client Servicing:

  • Manage all communication with clients efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with clients throughout the project life cycle, providing relevant market information and proactive issue resolution.
  • Support client visits and ensure smooth execution of all aspects.
  • Collaborate as an active team player, supporting colleagues and stakeholders.

Essential Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong inter-team management skills.
  • Ability to derive qualitative insights and construct compelling research reports.
  • Willingness to travel across regions for project management and client visits.
