Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management is necessary
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is essential
  • Experience collecting and tracking risks, issues, and performance metrics is valuable
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Planview, Jira, Smartsheets is desirable
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau is beneficial
  • Ability to synthesize data into executive-level summaries and dashboards is crucial
  • Skilled in preparing leadership meeting materials and planning workshop content is important
  • Experience with storytelling through data is advantageous
  • Attention to detail is mandatory
