Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, selecting, and hiring top talent. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to select the best candidates for the role
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
