We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent for a variety of roles including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data science, and more. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the companys goals and values.

Work Location: DLF, Manapakkam ( Porur ) - Chennai, India (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

Source candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.

Manage the candidate pipeline through the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience (4+ years) as a technical recruiter or similar role in IT staffing or recruitment.

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
