Requirement: IT Recruiter

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, network administration, data analysis).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing offers and managing candidate expectations.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Tools Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract and engage top IT talent.
- Job Descriptions: Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand ongoing staffing needs and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Networking: Build relationships with local universities, IT organizations, and professional networks to promote open positions.
