Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future needs.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, market trends, and hiring best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing (in-house or agency).
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates using various methods (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
  • Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
