
Senior Enterprise Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Professional to manage key client accounts and drive profitable growth through strategic engagement.
- This role involves serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for high-value clients, building deep relationships through consistent communication and onsite visits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Account Management: Own and manage key client accounts, aligning services with client needs and goals.
- Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to build strong client relationships, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Present Tailored Solutions: Present customized solutions that meet client needs and future growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, key account management, or enterprise sales.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in growing enterprise accounts and achieving financial targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing P&L and preparing business performance reports.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and reviews.
