Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Location: Jaipur – Remote

Shift Timing: UK Shift- 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST

Note: Candidate must be located in Jaipur

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources professional to join our team. This role is critical in driving seamless HR operations, focusing on attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts, while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Attendance Records: Ensure accuracy in timesheets and monitor employee attendance records.
  • Process Payroll: Administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Maintain Leave Management Systems: Ensure fair and consistent policy implementation by maintaining and updating leave management systems.
  • Handle Employee Queries: Respond to employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with management.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
  • Support End-to-end HR Activities: Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
  • Drive Offer Rollout Process: Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills-
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
  • Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
