The Human Resources (HR) function plays a vital role in supporting the operational and business objectives of our organization. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to spearhead the HR function, providing strategic guidance and expertise to ensure seamless execution of HR-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Partner: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring effective employee relations and human resource programs.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify manpower requirements, plan budget, and execute talent acquisition activities to attract top talent within specified timelines. Ensure best-in-class onboarding experience for new joiners.
  • HR Manpower Planning, Budgeting: Assist in budgeting process of all HR items (manpower costs, Opex costs) and headcount requirement. Periodically review and monitor actual spend vis-à-vis approved budgets, ensuring optimum utilization of manpower budgets and trend analysis.
  • Performance Management: Drive continual performance management and annual compensation reviews for the site. Train line managers on goal setting and sharing performance feedback, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions regarding promotions, compensation revisions, etc.
  • Talent Management: Implement periodic talent management reviews, ensuring development/retention plans are executed. Create and implement succession plans for critical roles, understanding talent priorities and identifying development needs.
  • Learning & Development: Promote a culture of learning and high performance, identifying training needs, preparing training calendars, and evaluating training efficacy. Work with corporate HR teams to implement various training programs for the site.
  • HR Compliance & Statutory Obligations: Ensure HR legal compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable statutory laws, maintaining records, and representing the organization at various associations related to Human Resources. Liaison with government agencies and vendors to maintain harmonious industrial relations.
  • Labour Management: Maintain a harmonious and productive IR environment, keeping track of productivity and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensure statutory compliances are followed by manpower vendors, maintaining a healthy work environment and resolving employee grievances timely.
Requirements:
  • MBA HR/Masters in Human Resource Management
  • 15+ Years' experience handling HR functions, preferably in manufacturing settings
  • Strong business acumen, excellent management skills, and ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical ability, interface with all levels of management
Skills and Qualifications:
