Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Location: Sector 03, Noida

Experience: 1–2 Years

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to oversee the effective management of both human resource and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in recruitment, employee management, and office administration, coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & HR Operations:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
    • Maintain accurate employee records, including joining formalities and documentation.
    • Effectively manage attendance and leave policies.
  • Administration & Office Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning.
    • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
    • Manage office supplies and maintain optimal workplace facilities.
  • Reception & Front Desk Duties:
    • Greet and assist visitors/clients professionally.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication effectively.
    • Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresher / Intern/ 0-1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
