Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving financial performance and business outcomes by providing strategic financial insights, analysis, and planning support to business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and present findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
