Senior Systems Analyst Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of applications with omni-channel systems.

About the Role:

This is a complex system that requires specialized knowledge to support. We operate within an agile framework and encourage collaboration and delivery of critical business initiatives.

A Day in the Life:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for applications.
  • Build business cases, including cost/benefit analysis, for strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure production data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness for guest and employee profiles, transactions, etc.
  • Build and optimize monitoring and alerting capabilities across multiple integrations.
  • Automate report generation in BI tools to get meaningful KPIs.
  • Understand application architectures and technology stacks to recommend strategies to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA testers, and IT staff.
  • Analyze real/actual data for business reporting, project decision-making, and production issues troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
