Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Agile Specialist to lead our Azure DevOps initiatives and oversee Monday.com platform integrations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Manage user access, maintain security, compliance, and role governance within Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and sustain Monday.com platform integrations, custom boards, and automations.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and collaborate with developers.
  • Identify and troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations.
