System Integration Specialist

Our team focuses on delivering seamless product deployment, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. We collaborate closely with internal teams to configure and troubleshoot complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement system integrations requested by internal teams or customers.
  • Provide advanced technical support and query resolution for internal teams.
  • Develop tools to reduce errors and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production errors.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, deploy updates, and apply fixes.
  • Automate visualization processes using scripts.
  • Establish procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in IT operations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.
  • Strong hands-on Linux administration, scripting, VMware, cron scheduling, and backup management skills.
  • Knowledge of Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing).
  • Understanding of database concepts (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis) and data protection best practices.
  • Ability to work with various technologies and install packages, manage patches, and perform upgrades.
  • Basic understanding of shell scripting, Python, and Perl programming languages.
  • Awareness of IT service management best practices in always-up, always-available environments.
