Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategist to join our Solution Principal team. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to drive industry-specific messaging and influence lead generation. You will develop and execute comprehensive opportunity plans with Account Executives, utilizing a mix of sell-to and sell-through strategies. Your goal will be to strategize deal movement through every sales stage, establishing the HighRadius value proposition clearly.

You will take ownership of sales targets and aim to exceed them. To achieve this, you must understand customer businesses and explore automation opportunities. Additionally, you will build cost-benefit ROI models, business case assessments, and functional maturity evaluations for clients based on opportunity scope.

A successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as presentation skills that bring the X-factor to company growth targets. You will ideate, learn, and execute strategies that bail out sales processes from trenches and bring deals back on track.

Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, solution selling, technical sales, or consulting in a closing/quota-bearing role is preferred. Experience in handling CFO office sales would be an added advantage.
  • Possession of a natural flair for conversations, collaboration, and networking with multiple customers/internal teams on a daily basis.
  • Fluency in not only verbal, written & presentation skills but thoughts as well that bring the X-factor to companies growth targets.
  • Sound understanding of the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle model and consultative selling approach to deal with CXOs.
  • MBA's preferred, however, graduates with relevant work experience (2+ years) can also apply. Experience and knowledge of Accounts Receivable will be an added advantage.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
