Career Growth Opportunities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Architect to join our team at our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the architecture, design, and security of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our software systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance large-scale distributed multi-tenant systems using Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Drive technical decision-making to balance simplicity, flexibility, reliability, cost, and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to support solution development.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in developing scalable, reliable multi-tenant platform architectures.
  • Experience running a large platform infrastructure in production, with a strong understanding of Observability and open standards.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and container deployments; extensive knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, and containers.
  • Strong debugging skills, including techniques like root cause analysis, breakpoints, stack traces, log analysis, memory profiling, and exception handling.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is between ₹15,00,000 and ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
