Job Title: Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end project execution, delivery and team performance. Your role involves managing scope, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction while ensuring team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and deliver projects with a focus on quality and timely outcomes.
  • Manage project scope, timelines and resources to achieve desired results.
  • Develop proposals, review estimates and allocate resources effectively.
  • Mentor team members, identify skill gaps and plan training initiatives.
  • Establish governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
  • Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
  • Promote mature processes, quality practices and change management plans.
  • Evaluate and adopt tools, methods and policies to improve project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 8-18 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proven expertise in project and delivery management.
  • Strong scope and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with project management software (preferably PLM).
  • Leadership in people management, retention strategies and process implementation.
  • Proficiency in business development and account mining.

  • Project management functional knowledge.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
