Job Title: Senior Logistics Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our Auto Logistics Division and Inland Transportation team. As a Senior Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Participating in Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes to understand client requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Analyzing yard, in-plant, and warehousing industry product flow processes to identify areas of improvement and optimize operations.
  • Developing process flows, resource mapping, and manpower allocation plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Deriving operating expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) costs for projects.
  • Coordinating with the Operations team to provide operational insights and support in business development requirements.
  • Analyzing historical data to provide flexible solutions that drive cost efficiency.
  • Supporting contract negotiations and finalizing commercials to provide the best possible cost-effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Contract Logistics Domain.
  • Strong understanding of In-plant, yard operations, and warehousing business in multiple industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and strategic analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data to work on solutions.
  • Market/business intelligence.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • High competency in working with Microsoft Office.
