BIM Consultant Job Posting

We are seeking an experienced Lead BIM Coordinator to lead project teams, overseeing client coordination, internal team management, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects, allocating resources, tracking progress, and monitoring revenue.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to ensure optimal resource deployment.
  • Maintain accurate project status tracking through review of project leads' updates.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations and delivering high-quality outputs for all design stages.
  • Cordinate with clients, consultants, and international project teams for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms, including Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Develop and optimize Dynamo scripts, training team members in their usage.
  • Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the BIM industry, with high proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate and detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
