Public Health BIM Modeler Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to fill this key position.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Revit and Navisworks.
  • Expertise in creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project specifications, industry standards, and public health facility regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

BIM Development
  • Creation and management of detailed BIM models.
  • Ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
Collaboration
  • Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Integrating various components into a cohesive model.
Model Coordination
  • Ensuring model coordination and clash detection.
  • Identifying and resolving potential conflicts before construction begins.
Standards Compliance
  • Ensuring that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols.
Project Management
  • Overseeing BIM workflows and processes.
  • Managing project deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
Quality Assurance
  • Conducting regular quality checks on models.
  • Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Familiarity with drainage, water supply, storm water, and fire protection services is essential. Basic design knowledge regarding PHE and fire protection services is an added advantage.
