Financial Modeling Opportunity

At a leading investment bank, we seek highly motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team.

As a financial modeler, you will have the chance to work with clients across various sectors including real estate, general industrials & industrial services, consumers, retail, and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and audit complex financial models for multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets classes.
  • Design and implement Argus valuation models, including single property and portfolio models, lease abstracting, lease review, and audit.
  • Conduct valuations of commercial real estate properties using income capitalization approach (DCF & direct capitalization), sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
  • Model REIT income statements and balance sheets, understanding revolver, interest expense & circularity, and modeling future development, FFO & CAD.
  • Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, and discussion documents for various industries.
  • Perform M&A deal runs and potential target screenings using databases like Greenstreet, RCA, Argus, Costar, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket, and FactSet.

Meet project deadlines and ensure high client satisfaction by delivering quality reports.

Conduct thorough analysis, perform quality control checks, and structure deliverables.

Develop new capabilities and research products while building and managing client relationships.
