Job Title: Financial Insights Partner

The role of a Financial Insights Partner is pivotal in providing actionable financial and operational intelligence to key business stakeholders.

  • This position specializes in analyzing critical financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), engineering in-depth analysis, and reporting insightful findings.
  • It involves collaborating with global finance teams, operations, and high-level management to steer the business and monitor progress.

The successful candidate will need strong analytical thinking skills to navigate a dynamic environment and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

Financial Analysis and Reporting

  • Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics for strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical models on key operating measures

Strategic Planning and Budgeting

  • Work closely with leadership to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan
  • Collaborate with Business Unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts

Operational Improvement

  • Develop predictive models to project long-term growth and determine impacting business factors
  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance

Communication and Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate insights to senior management for improvements leading to cost reductions
  • Provide financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability insights

The ideal candidate should possess excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, with advanced Excel skills and experience working with business intelligence tools. Prior experience in corporate financial planning and analysis is preferred.
