Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Build and maintain recurring revenue and expense reports.
    • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.
  • Data Management & Accuracy:
    • Extract data from ERP, BI tools, and databases for reporting.
    • Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding.
    • Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Process & Timeliness:
    • Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
    • Standardize reporting processes to improve efficiency.
    • Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests.
  • Exposure to FP&A or revenue accounting preferred.
  • For the senior role, advanced expertise in FP&A, operational finance, or revenue accounting is required, along with experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives, as well as strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis.

Experience Levels:

We have openings for candidates with 3+ years of experience (mid-level role) and those with 5+ years of experience (senior role).
