Job Title: Business Performance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Performance Analyst. This role will involve analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • This position will specialize in developing and maintaining analytical models to inform business decisions.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively present findings to senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role requires a high level of independence, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain analytical models to inform business decisions
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Present findings to senior management
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Evaluate previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel (advanced excel skills)
  • Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
