Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled financial analyst to drive business growth through accurate and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in management information systems (MIS), accounting, financial reporting, or related domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • MIS & P&L Reporting: Prepare and review MIS, accounting, and handle respective line items of P&L reporting
  • Drive automation initiatives in MIS and reporting where required
  • Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis for revenue & reversals, and identify key drivers of variances
  • Provide insights to management for informed decision-making
  • Audit, Compliance & Controls: Prepare audit schedules, aging reports, financial disclosures, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders
  • Assist in implementing internal financial controls and accounting policies
  • Coordinating with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and consultants during due diligence and audits
  • Accounts Receivable & Reporting: Manage accounts receivables and coordinate with stakeholders for timely collections
  • Prepare ageing and unbilled reports bi-weekly and review open items with internal teams to drive closure
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes and propose/implement improvements
