Business Analyst (Finance) Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth.

As a Business Analyst (Finance), your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting thorough analyses of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities;
  2. Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new financial systems and tools;
  4. Providing expert advice on financial regulations and standards to ensure compliance;
  5. Communicating complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a business analyst or similar role;
  • Deep understanding of financial concepts, including cost accounting, product costing, and profitability analysis;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, with experience in designing and implementing financial processes and tools.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field;
  • Certifications in financial planning and analysis, such as CFA or FP&A;
  • Experience in requirement gathering, project management, and implementation;
  • Knowledge of finance-related touch points and implications across core modules of SAP, including Ariba, Group Reporting, SAC Planning.
