Financial Analyst Job Description

The role involves working with a Family Office & Financial Services Company, handling all asset classes including Private Equity, Start-ups, Unlisted & Listed shares, Commodities, Credit funds, and Venture Debt funds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with Ind AS / IGAAP requirements and coordinating with statutory auditors.
  • Managing all Tax related matters - GST, Direct Tax, Tax Audit
  • Reviewing quarterly and year-to-date financial results for presentation to the Board of Directors
  • Participating in Investment Committee meetings to monitor investments & IPS compliance.
  • Reviewing reports / data and coordinating with corporate tax team for statutory compliances – tax returns,

A successful candidate will have proven experience in Finance & Accounts, skilled in Finalization of Accounts, Financial reporting & MIS, Financial controls improvement, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance & Profitability Analysis, Treasury Management, Fund raising, Income Tax, GST compliance, Auditing, RBI compliance etc.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
